Metric completes first phase of Lowell deployment
Metric Parking has completed the first phase upgrade of the City of Lowells on-street paid parking programme.
The project is part of Lowells rehabilitation programme for the fourth largest city in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The planned urban community is built around the Merrimack River and diverse canal system.
Metric, in conjunction with Amano McGanns Boston office, has installed 35 Aura Pay by Space units with the Metric ASLAN Back Office system providing the City of Lowells Parking Office with an effective way to manage on-street parking and replace aging, single space meters that were previous used.
The Aura solar units are equipped to take coins or credit card as payment, and utilise Metric Space ALERT system for enforcement.
