The Miami Parking Authority is constructing a state-of-the-art multi-million dollar facility adjacent to the new Federal Courthouse in downtown Miami. TimHaahs is currently providing full architectural and prime parking design services for the 850 space facility. This garage will house two retail spaces on the ground floor and more than 20,000 square feet of office space, including the Miami Parking Authority's administrative offices.

The new facility will serve as the perfect complement to the courthouse to its north. TimHaahs is proud to have played a role in contributing to this milestone project for the Miami Parking Authority and the City of Miami.
