This garage will house two retail spaces on the ground floor and more than 20,000 square feet of office space, including the Miami Parking Authority's administrative offices.
The new facility will serve as the perfect complement to the courthouse to its north. TimHaahs is proud to have played a role in contributing to this milestone project for the Miami Parking Authority and the City of Miami.
