Miami Parking Authoritys Courthouse Center Garage Opens for Business

The 844-space, garage is located at 40 NW 3rd Street across from the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Federal Courthouse in downtown Miami. The Courthouse Center garage is open to the public and offers both short-term public parking and monthly contract parking.

The garage is part of MPA's mixed-use Courthouse Center facility, an 11-story structure that includes approximately 41,000 square feet of office space and 4,100 square feet of street-level retail space. The 11th floor will house the MPA offices. TimHaahs developed façade treatments such as grilles and linear panels to satisfy the screening requirements of the City of Miami.

Courthouse Center brings additional parking options to an under-served area of downtown Miami. The center will benefit workers and visitors to the courthouse complex, as well as the surrounding neighborhood.
