Michael D. Martindill Joins Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc.

Since 1980, Mike has been involved in the construction, planning and design of over 300 parking structures throughout the Midwest and South.

TimHaahs is clearly recognized as one of the leading firms in the architecture and engineering industry, and I look forward to carrying this vision to Atlanta and the entire Southeast region. Mikes background includes several years with a major parking consulting firm where he was both a Principal and Senior Parking Consultant. He has also worked for two major construction management and design-build firms. His thorough and comprehensive knowledge of both parking planning and construction allows him to help clients at any stage of a project. His most recent experience includes the delivery of parking structures via creative and innovative financial models using both private and public financing. Mikes areas of expertise includes functional design, parking master planning, and conceptual estimating and project delivery of parking structures.
