Modern Access Systems Announces New Pay & Display

Until now these devices, like all Modern Parking devices, ran on 115VAC power. The addition of the solar powered back-up battery integration required certain minor modifications to the units internal component parts from the aforementioned 115VAC to 24VDC parts. With this conversion completed, the way was paved for the utilization of solar powered battery operation of the units on a 24/7 basis. While periodic battery maintenance and replacement are required, these new units are designed, and have been tested to keep each unit fully functional during normal system operation, day and night.
