More space for innovation

The Klaus Multiparking GmbH company is well equipped for the future: the Aitrach-based (Baden-Wuerttemberg) maker of innovative parking systems has now opened its new sales and service centre.
The upshot is that the global expansion of the Swabian parking system specialist, with a presence in more than 65 countries, is now clearly visible directly at the company base. Over 25,000 projects, over 600,000 car parking spaces created and lastly a yearly turnover in excess of 35 million Euros highlight Klaus Multiparking as one of the leading makers of innovative parking systems worldwide. The company invested a total of 1.7 million Euros in the extension with a surface area of 880 m2.

"The construction of our company headquarters was urgently needed. For our growing team, the current building was just too small. Now we have added space for even more innovation. The extension thus also represents an investment in the future, says Günther Seiderer happily, one of the three managing directors of Klaus Multiparking GmbH. The new sales and service center not only offers the 35 employees from both departments more space than before, but the modern facilities of the new building also include a spacious reception and presentation area, as well as an experimental facility for the construction of prototypes. The highlight of the showroom is the newly developed Trendvario parking automat.

In our highly modern and mobile society, there is an ever growing number of vehicles on the roads, but less and less space to fit them all in. In our showroom, we can give visitors an impressive insight into how the problem can be solved, says Thomas Baumgärtel, sales manager of Klaus Multiparking GmbH.

Parking systems from Klaus not only save space but also time and stress. No more tiresome searching for a parking space, no more annoying tickets or running late. And those who think you have to spend a fortune for a parking system are mistaken: ultra-modern multiparking facilities already exist from just 8,000 Euros.

The Klaus product range includes multiparking facilities, which make parking easier and more economical in urban centers, large residential and commercial areas, but also in private households. For this purpose, Klaus offers mechanical, semi- and fully-automated parking systems.

In global terms, Klaus has become more expert than ever in this field, as impressive references show: new parking automats from Aitrach are not limited to Germany, like in the Neptunallee in Rostock most recently (86 spaces), but for example in Oslo Waldemars Hage (200 spaces), or also what is currently the largest new construction project in the whole of Europe itself, the new Dvinzev project in Moscow. The Trendvario 4300 system installed there offers spaces for a total of 572 vehicles.

Park and Smile is also the theme for residents and visitors in one of the priciest housing estates in Europe, namely Grosvenor Crescent in the heart of London. This exclusive residential area, adjacent to the famous Hyde Park, is near the London Hilton and surrounded by the administrative headquarters of world famous companies, like Dunhill and Jupiter for example. No matter whether a Mini or a Bentley: all parking in Grosvenor Crescent is done via a fully automatic parking system from Klaus Multiparking.

The largest Klaus parking system constructed to date is located in India. The Mantri Mall in Bangalore, which was completed in 2009, houses up to 1400 vehicles.

Klaus Multiparking GmbH also sees its future recipe for success in the combination of innovation and tradition. The company has been developing and building innovative parking systems for almost half a century.
