Based on a split-level concept providing 323 car parking spaces, the basis of the superstructure design follows the unique Bourne Parking Clear Span Montex modular frame technology, ensuring high quality factory produced components and fast track construction.

The building has been designed to compliment the elevational appearance of the adjacent high rise residential towers, and when combined with the said buildings, positively contributes to Basingstoke’s horizon. The building is naturally ventilated via openings through the external brick elevations, which are supplemented by feature rendered panels to the north, south and west faces. Two staircases serve all car deck levels with the main tower incorporating a high specification 13 person lift.
