Natco International Inc.: Photo Violation Wins "Best of Show" at the Worlds Biggest Parking Trade Show

Natco International Inc. announces that Photo Violation Technologies Corp. is honored to be named "Best of Show" by the International Parking Institute ("IPI") at the 2007 Trade show.
Mr. Raj-Mohinder Gurm, President of NATCO (OTCBB:NCII), announces that Photo Violation Technologies Corp. ("PVT"), a company that will take over NATCO pursuant to an executed binding Letter of Agreement, is honored to be named "Best of Show" by the International Parking Institute("IPI") at 2007 Trade show themed "Expanding the Synergy of Technology". PVT beat out several well-established industry leaders to win the Best of Show Award at the World's largest Parking Industry tradeshow of the year. Photo Violation's booth was themed "The Future of Parking" and it definitely delivered the future...

The innovative PhotoViolationMeterTM astonished audiences when it made its North American debut last year at this trade show themed "Growth 2006". PVT received a greater reaction this year with the highest booth attendance when they unveiled a number of new highly innovative products including, the most revolutionary, the PhotoViolationMeterPBSTM (PBS). "Seeing lineups at our booth and watching people viewing our booth calling other people on their cell phones saying "you got to see this booth" was a great reward itself, but winning the award was even greater," said Fred Mitschele, President & CEO. "The interest and attendance at our booth was even greater than my high expectations and will definitely drive the company to expand quicker to meet the market demand."

The PhotoViolationMeterPBS is the first and only Patented Self Enforcing meter that handles multiple parking spaces. The PBS Combines the original Photo Violation VehicleSensorPuck (VSP) with the new VehicleCameraPuck (VCP). When the VSP detects a vehicle, it will communicate with the PBSTM and alerts the VehicleCameraPuck (VCP), which captures the license plate of a vehicle in violation. Used in conjunction with the VehicleSensorPuck (VSP) and the VehicleCameraPuck the PhotoViolationMeterPBS (PBS) will capture 100% of the violations. The PhotoViolationMeterPBS offers all the user friendly benefits of the PhotoViolationMeter, including the Every Way to Pay, No Fine, and the Grace Period feature. The PBS also issues violations automatically, and allows drivers to pay their fines at a reduced rate right at the meter with the PayYourFine Feature.

Photo Violation now is the only company to offer a complete self enforcing solution for Cities whether it is traditional parking meters or one multi-space meter that handles multiple parking spaces.

Visitors at the booth were just as intrigued by another of Photo Violation's new products the Self Enforcing VehicleCameraSensorPuck. The Photo Violation VehicleCameraSensorPuck (VCSP) integrates the vehicle sensor, camera technology and wireless communications into one unit to self enforce parking regulations. Cities can place these pucks in red (No Parking), Bus zones where vehicle are prohibited from parking. Any vehicles detected and that violate parking regulations will have its license plate captured, and a photo violation issued automatically.

Aside from winning the award, the tradeshow allowed Photo Violation to reach out to leaders of the parking industry and demonstrate the synergy of our technology. PVT has received interest from dozens of city representatives that have expressed their interest using Photo Violation's new and existing products to solve their parking problems. The success of this tradeshow, along with past city trials, will lead to the widespread usage of the PVM and its counterparts across North America.
