New 844-Space Public Parking Facility Now Open in Downtown Miami

The 844-space, fully automated garage is located at 40 NW 3rd Street across the street from the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Federal Courthouse. The Courthouse Center garage is open to the public and offers both short-term public parking and monthly contract parking.

The garage is part of MPA's Courthouse Center mixed-use facility, an 11-story structure that also includes approximately 41,000 square feet of office space and 4,100 square feet of street-level retail space. Construction of the office and retail components is almost complete.

Courthouse Center brings additional parking, shopping and dining options to an underserved area of downtown Miami. Workers and visitors to the courthouse complex and the surrounding neighborhood will benefit.
