New Jersey Business & Industry Association Honors French Street Redevelopment Plan in New Brunswick, NJ

The project was recently honored with a 2009 new Good Neighbor Award at the 49th Annual New Good Neighbor Awards Luncheon held on June 5th in Iselin, NJ.
The 10 Plum Street Medical Office Building, completed in April 2008, and Plum Street Parking Deck, completed in 2007, are the first two phases of New Brunswicks French Street Redevelopment Plan. The 11-level Plum Street Deck, owned by the New Brunswick Parking Authority, provides parking for the office tower as well as for three nearby healthcare facilities.

TimHaahs served as prime designer for the new 854 space parking facility for the New Brunswick Parking Authority. TimHaahs worked closely with AST Development, the designated redeveloper under the French Albany Redevelopment Plan. The 854-space structure serves 60,000 square feet of office space, 101 residential units and 13,000 square feet of retail space all within the same block as the parking structure.

TimHaahs is honored to be a part of this project that will contribute to the French Street Redevelopment, and the city of New Brunswick.
