New Order: Solihull Station Decked Car Park

We are delighted to announce that Bourne Parking will be constructing their first decked car park for Chiltern Railways, undertaking the full design and construction of the new decked car park which will provide 187 suspended car parking spaces, taking the total to 455 spaces for station use. This project involves the construction of a steel frame Montex car parking deck structure and will also include the reconfiguration of the existing surface car parking area, improved security and lighting and additional cycle parking facilities for the station.

This project which is due for completion at the end of April 2012 will be constructed in a series of phases to ensure that Chiltern Railways can maintain the maximum number of customer car parking spaces available throughout the build period.
