New orders from the UK

Existing customers replace and expand their Cale terminals. Having operated Cale parking equipment for many years, Taunton Deane Borough Council have recently ordered further Cale MP 104 parking terminals.

A number of them will replace Cale MP 5005 machines, some of which are over 15 years old. Only the top cabinet of the old machines will be replaced since the MP 104 top cabinets will simply be installed on top of the old pedestals. Being able to continue to use a fully functional pedestal, instead of replacing it with a new one, has helped the Council reduce costs and keep the environmental impact to a minimum.

Tendring District Council, located in north-east Essex, have ordered additional solar powered Cale MP 104 parking terminals. Many of the Cale terminals installed over the years are located on or close to the North Sea coast. The fact that Cale terminals are made of stainless steel as standard is particularly attractive, as this provides enhanced resistance to corrosion despite the salty sea air.
