Prior to joining Parcxmart, Bartley was, in 1993, a founder of Triton Information Management Systems, of New York , where he sold a wide variety of parking industry solutions and information management systems utilizing RFID technology. He has also served as a consultant to many municipalities and parking authorities regarding strategic improvements in public parking planning. Bartley has also worked for New York Telephone, Pacific Telephone and The Tricom Group.
