Park Assist Has Been Awarded the Parking Guidance System for The Amazing Brentwood

The Amazing Brentwood, located in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia will now feature Park Assist’s patented M4 Parking Guidance System (PGS).

The 28-acre project situated just outside Vancouver, Canada will be one of the most significant mixed-use master planned communities in North America. It will offer over 1 million square feet of retail, up to 1 million square feet of office space and 11 residential high-rise towers with more than 6,000 new homes. The site has a 6-level subterranean parkade with a very large floor plate.

SHAPE, the real estate company behind The Amazing Brentwood, chose Park Assist’s system to offer visitors the fastest and most efficient parking experience available. The client particularly appreciated Park Assist’s patented camera-based PGS for the ability to expand and adapt to accommodate to the evolving needs of the facility.

Prior to entering The Amazing Brentwood’s parkade, visitors will be able to check on space availability through a mobile application. Park Assist’s PGS will guide visitors to available spots through individual smart-sensors that indicate space occupancy using color-coded lights. Upon reentry, visitors can locate their vehicle’s exact location using Park Assist’s Find Your Car™ functionality.

The Amazing Brentwood will also implement Park Assist’s Park Alerts™ software feature offering parking management valuable tools to effectively monitor space utilization and enforce parking policies. Park Alerts™ will send notifications to management of any policy violations by offering time-based or license plate-based alerts.
