ParkCAD Major Features

National Standards or Custom Stalls: Use parking and accessibility standards from governing bodies such as ITE, ULI, AIA , and ADA; or create custom loading zones and emergency vehicle stalls.

Dynamic Editing: On-the-fly changes to module parameters, row orientation, stall configurations, stall numbering, wheel stops, and other layout elements.

Visual Design Assistance: Display construction lines for drive aisles and parking islands to comply to space requirements.

Automatic Parking Lot Generation Tools: For end/mid islands, interior and exterior parking rows, custom stalls, and drive aisles.

Reporting Capability: Keep a running tally of parking info (i.e. stall counts). Quantity Takeoff reporting allows for cost estimates during the planning process.
