Parkeon, Inc., global leader in multi-space parking systems, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim DuFon to Vice President of Sales. In this new position, Jim takes on a valuable leadership role within Parkeon's US organization, working closely with the Business Development team on training, planning and account development. He will also have a key role to play in the overall strategic vision of Parkeon as the company continues to focus on its strategy of working with all of its clients to help them develop their parking business in 2013 and beyond.
Jim joined Parkeon in 2008 as Business Development Manager for the Southwest Region and has expanded into the Southeast Region. He works closely with key Parkeon clients such as the cities of Phoenix, Miami, Austin and Oklahoma City, to name a few. He also works with university clients such as the University of Texas, Texas Tech University, Clemson University and the University of New Mexico. Additionally, Jim manages key elements within the Parkeon distribution network, providing support and guidance to Parkeon's local partners.
Jim prides himself on the high level of attentiveness and service he provides to his customers. He pays close attention to their needs and helps them utilize Parkeon parking systems and resources in the best way possible. As Vice President of Sales, he will be able to provide this type of service to a greater number of Parkeon clients.
