Parking Sense USA Appoints New President

Parking Sense Global is excited to announce the appointment of Jim Dumont to the new role of President, Parking Sense USA. Jimmy was most recently Director, Asset Services Group for CBRE (formerly CB Richard Ellis) a position he held for 9 years following several years in other senior management positions in the CBRE Group. In this role he was a key advisor to CBRE's Strategic Partners in the acquisition and disposal of assets valued in excess of US$1.4 Billion.

Prior to CBRE Jimmy worked in a number of senior management roles in Real Estate Asset Management, where he was responsible for a range of extensive Class A portfolios including free standing office buildings, mixed-use complexes with retail components, parking facilities, and in several locations connecting hotels. With overall responsibility for capital expenditures, customer retention programs, operating budgets, capital projections, leasing performance and coordination of marketing programs Jimmy is an unparalleled asset that will bring immense credibility to Parking Sense USA and its burgeoning operations.

Notably Jimmy was also a founder and director of national parking company Sterling Parking which introduced new standards to the industry in the 1980s and 90's and consistently raised net income to owners by a minimum of 20%.
