Therefore the actual programming process of a car parking product with PM ABACUS is divided into two areas - Creation and Production.
The employees from the administration department create the dataset, consisting of customer and product data. The car park customer then receives his/her parking medium.
The car park customer reports with this card to the service personnel via the intercom system from the entrance to the car park in order to have his/her parking ticket activated. The service personnel are able to find the customer's data easily with a simple click of the mouse. The terminal at which the car park customer is located is clicked upon and the ticket activated. This procedure is termed production.
