ProPark America Has Named Richard DiPietro As Its New President

Richard brings a wealth of national experience and will prove to be a great asset to Propark America, said Schmid. He further strengthens Proparks executive committee and will help to create an integrated, nationwide team, aligned with the companys strategic business objectives.

DiPietros career in the parking industry began over twenty-two years ago. Prior to joining Propark, he served as a Senior Vice President for PortfolioFirst Parking Solutions with asset management responsibilities for a select assortment of commercial and hospitality properties. DiPietro also served as a Senior Vice President for Standard Parking Corporation for over fifteen years, with overall responsibility for the companys northeast US operations encompassing approximately 300 parking facilities, $90M in annual revenues and over 2,000 employees. He has established himself by developing unique marketing strategies, implementing and monitoring strong revenue controls, and managing operating expenses to meet or exceed budget expectations. DiPietros expertise includes the development of parking facility operational plans and budgets, analyzing operational, sales and financial results, and maximizing the profitability of parking operations.

Richards appointment to president is testimony to his extraordinary record of achievement, continued Schmid. He has proven his ability to improve and grow organizations quickly and to develop products and work environments where employees thrive and customers return.
