PVT Engages with ITB Solutions to Enter Canadian Stock Exchange
Photo Violation Technologies Corp. (PVT), a leader in technologically innovative parking solutions, is extremely excited to announce it has enlisted the services of In the Black (ITB) Solutions in PVTs pursuit of becoming a publicly traded company.
Through the experience and guidance of ITB Solutions, PVT hopes to make a quick and efficient transition towards listing on the CNQ - Canadas New Stock Exchange.
ITB will assist PVT in preparing financial documentations, official paperwork for the CNQ listing, as well as develop a more user-friendly web portal for investor relations. With ITBs assistance, PVT can be sure they will make the most of their public listing once they are officially listed on the CNQ.
