Rich Bernard joins Schweers as VP Sales

Rich brings 10 years of parking enforcement experience and an in depth understanding of the Parking industry. He has successfully worked with Cities and municipalities for almost 20 years. He has work with cities and universities providing solutions and improving their parking operations. He holds an Associate and Bachelor degrees from Penn State University as well as an MBA from Monmouth University. He resides in New Jersey with his wife Jacqueline and his two sons Ian and Perry.
