Robert D. Weaver Appointed to Cubic Corporation’s Board of Directors

Weaver is a director and the president and COO/CFO of Crownbolt, a privately held national distributor of fasteners and hardware.

Prior to that Weaver had a career spanning more than 31 years with Deloitte & Touche, where last he was a senior partner. His focus was on assisting companies with initial public offerings, raising venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and related company growth issues. He was also the audit partner in charge of the San Diego Emerging Business, high tech, and consumer business groups and a member on the firm’s National High-Tech Industry Executive Committee.

Weaver is also an organizing co-founder of a number of entrepreneur groups in San Diego including the UCDS Connect Program, San Diego Venture Group, Association of Biotech Companies and MIT Enterprise Forum.

Weaver is a graduate of San Diego State University and a life member of the Stanford University School of Business Alumni Association.
