Rotary Lift Honored with Partners in Progress Award from Sears

Rotary Lifts long, successful business relationship with Sears Holdings Corporation is rising to new heights. The giant retailers prestigious Partners in Progress award acknowledges Rotary as one if its elite suppliers who has earned the recognition by offering Sears the best products and services.
Though Sears has more than 10,000 suppliers, fewer than 1 percent are honored with the Partners in Progress award. Sears presents the award annually to suppliers who have gone the extra mile to support the company.

Were extremely proud to be a recipient, says Bill Eernisse, who manages Rotarys Midwest sales region and its Sears account. Rotary Lift is the first automotive-service equipment supplier to have received the honor in years.

Rotary, a world leader in the manufacturing of vehicle lifts and other equipment to boost technician productivity, has provided lifts to Sears for nearly half a century. Sears uses them in its nationwide chain of auto-service centers.

We appreciate their business, and as a result, we try to exceed their expectations, Eernisse says. We give a high priority to any of their needs.

For example, when Sears needed a lift to hoist vehicles into the air for fast oil changes, Rotary designed a special four-post surface lift just for the company. Rotary also provides Sears with several other models, including a two-post surface lift, a four-post surface lift and a two-post, high-pressure, in-ground lift. Rotarys low-rise pad lift also is used by Sears to accomplish speedy tire changes.

Rotary also provides Sears with exceptional service and support. The manufacturer oversees a nationwide network of more than 300 authorized lift installers and service technicians, all of whom are factory trained and certified to provide warranty work and customer support.

That means customers like Sears can count on a trouble-free experience with Rotary. We make it easy for them to do business with us, Eernisse says.
