Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Renews Partnership

Scheidt & Bachmann has also been awarded the contract to replace the existing PARCS system at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. of the first installations in the United States using Scheidt & Bachmann was the Seattle-Tacoma (Sea-Tac) International Airport.
At the time, 1999, it was the largest application of automated payment stations in the United States. So successful was the application and associated process planning, the operation received both national and international recognition.

12 years later, Sea-Tac has reconfirmed its confidence in Scheidt & Bachmann by awarding them a contract to install the next generation of automated parking solutions. The new system design will leverage the high incidence of credit card usage by reducing the number of cash machines and increasing the number of credit card only machines.

Scheidt & Bachmann would like to thank SEATAC for affirming our business partnership. Airport parking operations have been positively influenced by the success and stewardship of the Sea-Tac operation.
