Red Hawk Casino, Northern Californias newest casino, implements STS technology.

The Red Hawk Casino owned by the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians recently opened its doors of its 278,000 square foot facility, with 3,000 lighted and covered parking spaces, near Placerville, California.

High Definition Camera Lanes

The HD Camera Lanes in both the entrance and exit lanes, document the condition of the vehicle before and after it enters the parking facility. This gives management the certainty that they are protected from fraudulent claims, which means huge cost benefits.

LPR Technology

The LPR cameras automate the vehicle identification process, recording the license plate number for every vehicle entering the facility. This saves time and reduces labor needs, which translate to wage savings.

Customer Request Kiosks (CRKs)

Customer Request Kiosks (CRKs) installed within the facility allows departing guests to initiate their vehicle retrieval process before leaving the facility. CRKs also provide guests with anticipated retrieval time based on current volumes.
