SKIDATA's Parking System Integrates with E-ZPass Plus at Syracuse's Hancock International Airport

Present at the May 21 launch, Richard Belle, Operations Manager at Central Parking System, had this to say about the installation: "The integration of the EZPass system into SKIDATA's existing system was virtually seamless. Weve been operational now for nearly a month without a problem."

According to Christina Reale, Public Information Officer at the Department of Aviation, "In 2007, the City of Syracuse issued a request for proposals for management of the parking facilities at the airport. The contract was awarded to Central Parking System/Allright Parking, and while an automated payment option was not specific to E-ZPass Plus, we were certainly pleased with the fact that E-ZPass was to be included. " Regarding SKIDATAs capacity to upgrade Syracuses Central Parking installation, she says, "the City was very pleased with the installation and seamless transition to E-ZPass Plus."

On a similar note, Mayor Driscoll has gone on record about how convenient this new development will be for travelers going through the Syracuse Airport, now that its an integrated system with dedicated lanes.
