City Parking update from Skyline Parking AG

Since taking over the operational responsibility of the City Parking in Schaffhausen by Skyline Parking Ag already half a year has passed. During that period, the number of monthly parkers was increased and hence, revenues grew by +22%.

The aim for the year 2014 is a further significant increase in revenues. To achieve this goal, Parking Properties will significantly invest and overhaul the automation and ease the usage of the parking.

The corresponding kick off was already in early October, by first design and engineering work, followed by the procurement of the necessary material before Christmas. As per end of January, the parking will be closed for one month in order to do the repair work. As a result, it will render the parking to a functionally reliable system.

In addition, the user guidance and user comfort will be considerably enhanced so that the parking offers an easy, fast and save parking experience to the customer. Thus, we are looking forward to March 2014, when the reopening of the City Parking takes place.
