Solutions for vehicle management: deister electronic delivered it's 2000th UHF installation

deister electronic has been manufacturing and supplying UHF based products for over 8 years. As a global forerunner of this technology our experience with this technology covers parking, access control, logistics and applications for factory automation.

Recently, deister eledronic shipped and finalized its 2000th installation in the Frankfurt CommerzBank  Arena, a venue for many large events and home of the Eintracht Frankfurt football club. The Arena's service staff parking is now controlled with deister's UHF-solution. The solution is based on deister's secure and convenient UHF technology and parking management software combined with the IDC controller unit. At the heart of this this solution is a secure and low-cost passive UHF transponder. The transponder is placed on the inside of the windscreen  of the service cars and the reader will identify it from a distance  of 5 meters. It enables fast and convenient access to  the parking lot. This solution is completely hands free, making  the entrance and exit of the vehicles safe.

Other benefits  to end customers are also easy to name; because battery-free transponders are used, costs are lower both in the investment phase and during the lifetime of the system. Easy to use tranSpeed management software makes the administration simple and the IDC controller opens the barriers if the vehicle has access rights.
