Standard Parking Announces Price Reduction of 25 Basis Points and Extended Maturity of Its Senior Credit Facility

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2006--Standard Parking Corporation (NASDAQ:STAN), one of the nation's leading providers of parking management services, announced today that it has completed an amendment to its Senior Credit Facility.
The key changes are a reduction in the pricing of its Libor Margin, Base Rate Margin and its Letter of Credit Fee Rate by 25 basis points across the entire pricing grid and the six-month extension of the Facility's maturity to December 2, 2007. Net of the amortization of deferred finance costs, the Company anticipates that the repricing and extended maturity will improve earnings by approximately $0.02 per share over the remainder of fiscal year 2006.
