T2 Flex 5.4 Enhances Functionality for Parking Operations with New Events Manager Capability

Among its many enhancements, T2 Flexs version 5.4 offers a new Events Manager for scheduling the smallest events to larger multi-day events. The Events Manager functionality sends key data to handhelds in the field and provides customers with invoices after the event is over. Another key feature of version 5.4 is upgraded payment plan options. Payment plans can be used to effectively manage payroll deductions and account billing. Furthermore, account billing and items sold via payment plans are linked to the payment plan for future management and processing.

According to Blake Laufer, Vice President of Research and Development for T2 Systems, T2 Flex 5.4 lets parking offices schedule and book personnel and necessary resources for all or part of an event. Parking offices can operate more efficiently than ever, and the payment plan options allows for a clear and complete audit trail.

Additionally, parking professionals can now import files from their states Department of Motor Vehicles and insert/update the customer record, link to a vehicle, update a vehicle and assign citations in a single scheduled task.
