T2 Systems Continues Advancements in Functionality and Usability with the Introduction of Flex Version 6.3

New features include officer activity reporting, batched appeal letters, a redesigned Pay Citations feature and many other functions, as well as updates and improvements to the Access and Revenue Control functionality and the handheld ticketwriter software.

T2 Flex 6.3 bolsters operations and ease of use in many areas. Upgrades in Access and Revenue Control allow for split payments at the cashier station and smoother transitions for cashier station to offline operations. Improvements to the mail-in payment processing and officer activity reporting highlight some of the enhancements for the Permits and Enforcement functions. In the area of ticket writing, improvements have been made to allow users to streamline citation editing.
