T2 Systems Establishes Citation Collection Services, LLC
As more and more parking operations look to outsource some or all of their collections work, T2 Systems, Inc., has established a wholly owned subsidiary to provide its customers with parking citation processing and collection services.
Citation Collection Services, LLC (CCS) uses the T2 FlexTM unified parking management system to provide customers with a unique technology-based processing and collections solution.
Staffed by a team of parking and collections experts, T2 Systems processing and collection services allow customers to choose which aspects of citation processing are outsourced. Most solutions on the market today are created for organizations that outsource all work associated with citation processing. With T2s multiple levels of services, organizations can choose how much work they outsource and how much they do themselves, said Irena Goloschokin, vice president of marketing at T2 Systems. With any service level, the parking office maintains complete control of their data.
In addition to citation processing and collections, the T2 Flex parking management system offers a unified system for managing permits, enforcement, access control and revenue control. This unified system approach eliminates problems with data exchange and data access by enabling both the parking operations staff and CCS staff to work in the same application and have access to the same data.
