T2Systems announce management changes

February 17, 2003, INDIANAPOLIS --- T2 Systems, a provider of technology-based management tools for parking, has shifted the management responsibilities of two of its top executives in an effort to better pursue the company’s strategic initiatives.

Larry Rogers, formerly T2’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, has been promoted to President. Mike Simmons, T2’s co-founder and formerly its President, remains Chairman and CEO. Tim Maginn has been newly hired to be T2’s Vice President of Sales.

As Chairman and CEO, Simmons will oversee the total strategic direction of T2 Systems including new product design, industry leadership, and new market development. Rogers will focus his attention on the day-to-day operations and growth of the company. Maginn will be in charge of T2’s sales force.

“With guys like Larry and Tim – as well as all of the other dedicated professionals at T2 – we will not only continue to provide cutting edge parking software and customer support, but we’ll quickly grow our portfolio of products and services for the parking profession,” said Simmons.
