Dial Up Request Module

Guest enters their valet ticket number when prompted, which triggers a front in the CVPS software. The guest is informed of the estimated wait-time based on the current valet activity in CVPS.

Galaxy Hotel Management Interface

The CVPS hotel management interface to Galaxy automatically matches vehicle records to guest folios/rooms. As the guests leave their car with the valet staff, the CVPS software processes the guests vehicle. These hotel guest vehicles are matched to the guest folios/rooms in Galaxy. CVPS will then post the appropriate overnight parking charge to the hotel guest bill.
