Three New Contract Awards
Bourne Parking Ltd have recently been awarded three contracts worth more than 5m.
The first of two contracts for main contractor Carillion is at Manor Royal, Crawley and involves above ground scope for an 850 space twin suspended flat deck Montex car park. This £2.8m project for Slough Estates is due for completion in August 2006.
The second contract with Carillion is at Theale Business Park in Reading . Again this project involves above ground scope and will provide a six suspended split level Montex car park with 320 spaces. This £1.4m project for Arlington Developments will be built over the summer of 2006 to serve three new office blocks.
Bourne Parking will be involved in their second scheme at Cobalt Business Park with the turnkey design and construction of a 116 space single suspended deck BourneDeck car park to serve a new commercial office development. Work on the £1m project will take place over the summer with completion scheduled for October 2006.
