TimHaahs Awarded Septa 69th Street Parking Structure in Upper Darby, PA
Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc. was recently selected by SEPTA for the prime design of a 400 space mixed-use transit parking garage at the 69th Street Terminal.
The facility will integrate bus service, and connect to the existing terminal to expand the stations capacity.
The TimHaahs team has worked with SEPTA on the conceptual design study for the project, to develop the most efficient, best-fit functional design to serve SEPTA. The facility will increase structured parking for commuters, residents, and local businesses, and add to the vitality of the neighborhood. In addition, SEPTA is committed to sustainable design, and will pursue LEED certification for this mixed-use intermodal project. TimHaahs significant knowledge of the project, as well as strong relationship with SEPTA and the Township of Upper Darby, will contribute to the successful implementation of this project.
