TimHaahs Awarded University of Central Florida Garage 6 Design-Build Project
The University of Central Florida (UCF) recently selected Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc. for a significant design project for their Main Campus. TimHaahs will work under The Haskell Company to deliver the project using the design build approach.
Located on the north side of campus, the new garage will include approximately 1,300 spaces. TimHaahs will provide consulting and structural engineering services for the cast-in-place, post-tensioned structure.
Garage VI will provide much needed infrastructure for serving the growing parking demand on the UCF campus. TimHaahs is also completing restoration services for several of the existing parking garages on the campus, to maintain and extend the useful life cycle of these important assets.
TimHaahs is proud to contribute to the success of the Universitys newest parking structure, as well as help maintain and protect their existing parking structures.
