TimHaahs Prepares Long Term Maintenance Program for The University of Georgia

TimHaahs has recently been retained by The University of Georgia (UGA) to develop a maintenance program for their existing eight parking decks and two new decks (designed by TimHaahs).
The ongoing maintenance program will serve as an Asset Protection Plan to help extend the useful life of the Universitys parking structures. TimHaahs continues to serve as a resource and partner to help develop proactive strategies for parking maintenance and restoration programs. Our primary focus is to assist our clients in making the best management and financial decisions for their parking assets.

As an essential element of any development, parking structures need attention so that owners can realize the full benefits they provide for decades and decades of use. To extend the service life of these facilities, as well as reduce the costs and potentially serious issues, there are a number of restoration services which can be performed to sustain them for many years. TimHaahs looks forward to helping UGA, and each of our clients, sustain their valuable parking assets throughout their campus and into the future.
