Traffic Technologies, Inc. Selected to Implement E-ZPass Plus System at Syracuse Hancock International Airport
New Windsor-based consulting firm to provide System design, software development, and E-ZPass Plus hosting services, and implementation options for development of ETC-based parking facilities.
Traffic Technologies, Inc. a New Windsor, NY-based company specializing in intelligent transportation systems, electronic toll collection, conventional toll collection and RFID based parking solutions has been selected by Central Parking Systems, the parking operators at Syracuse Hancock International Airport to design, develop and deploy E-ZPass Plus electronic toll collection technology at the airports parking facilities.

"This project is a natural extension of our experience in the introduction of ETC technology in parking operations, including the current parking facilities systems at Albany International Airport."
Traffic Technologies, Inc. will consult with Central Parking Systems the parking facilities operator for the airport in the development of implementation options for the E-ZPass Plus system. Also, the company will assist with the deployment of Traffic Technologies, Inc.'s E-ZPass Plus lane-level systems and functionality.
Providing the E-ZPass Plus Facility Operator Host functionality and system reporting services to CPS is part of Traffic Technologies, Inc.'s scope of work. Traffic Technologies, Inc. will provide these services to interface the airport system into the E-ZPass customer service center network for transaction posting and settlement.
"Our involvement in this important project includes providing the specifications, software, equipment and installation specifications for the E-ZPass Plus system," said Michael Kolb, principal of Traffic Technologies, Inc. "We'll also be interfacing our TTI E-ZPass Plus Host server with the airports facility operations system to create a seamless ETC platform. Finally, we'll be providing reporting, transaction settlement support and system support services on an ongoing basis."
