Transoft Solutions software compatible with AutoCAD 2008

Transoft Solutions Inc., developers of the software for the engineering and architectural design community, officially announced that its entire product line has been tested and fully functional within AutoCAD 2008. Transoft Solutions suite of productivity boosting software includes ParkCAD.
Steven Cheng, VP of Development at Transoft Solutions, stated, We are pleased to say that Transoft products are now compatible with AutoCAD 2008. A year ago, major effort was needed to port Transoft Products to AutoCAD 2007. Compared to that, AutoCAD 2008 support was a relatively straightforward process. Our quality assurance team proactively tested early beta versions of AutoCAD 2008 to make sure we uncovered any incompatibility issues. Now that the commercial release is available, formal quality assurance procedures were followed to make sure all our software is fully supported.

Transoft's product manager, Michael Frost further added, We have to ensure that all our products work seamlessly with the latest CAD platforms before being released to the public. Through our due diligence, we want to make certain all our engineering and architectural clients have the right tools so that their time and efforts are optimized for their design work. As leading 3rd party application developers for the AEC industry, we know our achievements depend upon our ability to provide quality software for our clients. With that in mind, we do not release our products until they have undergone a complete testing and quality assurance stage. We take the time and careful preparation to make certain all our products are of the highest standards. What it comes down to is that at the end of the day, our clients expect the best from us and we show that through the software we produce.

Mr. Cheng concluded, This compatibility statement only covers 32 bit systems. The demand for 64 bit support is still low and will be carefully monitored.
