Two Councils Approve Design Of Metric Parking Machines

The adjudicators of the new roadside furniture were Derbyshire County Council and High Peak Borough Council who placed the order for the eight Metric S2 machines.
Both councils made the decision on how the new pay and display machines should look and fit in with the other roadside furniture in the town.

The machines, which will cater for smart cards for the management of hotel, business and residents’ parking in Buxton, will be installed during October.
