USA Parking and Automated Valet will soon unveil the installation of a patent pending valet operating system that is managed completely by iPhone applications. USA Parking has a long reputation for innovative parking solutions and the two companies working together create a strong team.
We are going to eliminate computers completely, says Automated Valet Founder and CEO Ken Gulec. Every single valet attendant will have an iPhone or iPod and they will enter and receive all information for ery unit through these tools. This new operating approach will speed the process, create better service and free employees from desks, podiums and offices to interact directly with customers. Our applications will handle all the tasks needed to carry out the transactions and record information about customers, cars and payment. Using iPhones means the entire staff is equipped to provide complete service, Gulec says. Everybody will be the dispatch and everybody will be the cashier.

USA Parking has been working with Automated Valets operating system for six years at several of its sites. They use Biometric time and attendance features, automated scheduling, and the Enterprise feature, which allows for real-time monitoring and reporting from remote locations. All of these features are now available on this new iPhone App called USA Parking Valet. This new software will have an intense and beneficial impact.
