VINCI Park UK Wins Contract to Manage Wigans Parking

Graham Potter, Wigan Council said “After an extensive evaluation of all the tenders received the Council were delighted to award the contract to VINCI, who have demonstrated a remarkable track record for providing high quality services in a cost effective manner. We are looking forward to developing a long and successful relationship with them, particularly in the light of the challenges we face with the forthcoming implementation of DPE”.

The Borough of Wigan, with a population of 300,000 is an exciting mixture of character, history, heritage and transition. Situated approximately halfway between Manchester and Liverpool, the Borough has a vibrant mixture of fantastic amenities including great shopping facilities, a vast array of pubs,clubs and restaurants, accommodation, plus tranquil countryside and lakes, and award-winning attractions. The Boroughs largest towns are Wigan and Leigh.
