Pendergrass Joins Watry Design, Inc.

To support record growth, Watry Design, Inc. is proud to announce that Michael Pendergrass, AIA, LEED AP has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager in our Newport Beach office.

“Mike, has exceptional parking expertise,” said Michelle Wendler a principal with the firm. “He has over 14 years in architecture, has completed over twenty parking structures and has a strong record for ensuring client satisfaction.” Mike will manage parking structure project design and construction leveraging his experience through all phases of a project; from Preliminary through Construction.

He joins Watry Design, Inc. from Morris Architects in Los Angeles. Prior to Morris, Mike was with Desman Associates in New York, where he managed complex projects, such as an 8-level, 785-car parking garage in New Jersey that was an attached component of a LEED Gold certified office building. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
