Way launches AirTap, a free Shuttle Tracking service

No more frustration of waiting and walking around a parking lot or airport, and no more wondering, “Where’s the shuttle? How long will it take?”

Way, the online parking reservations leader, has launched AirTap, its free online shuttle tracking system through the Way app. AirTap will allow customers to track shuttles to and from the airport and save time by knowing where and when to go to the designated pick-up area at both the airport and parking lot.

With AirTap, the users will know the exact location and time of when the shuttle is arriving and will also see a photo of the shuttle driver and their profile. The shuttle driver will have the ability to see Way app users, improving trip optimization and saving time and money for the parking company.

AirTap has been successfully launched in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta and San Diego. In the next weeks, it will be launched in other major cities like San Francisco, Miami, Orlando and Chicago. AirTap works with any parking lot, hotel, and shuttle.
