The City of Sydney Chooses ZipBy for Its Seamless Parking Experience

City Of Sydney recently implemented ZipBy in its Sydney CBD car parks, located at 9A Elizabeth Bay Rd, Elizabeth Bay NSW 2011 & 101 Goulburn St, Haymarket NSW 2000 to deliver a seamless parking experience for customers with industry-leading technology, ZipBy.

It is great to see a Council embrace advanced technology aimed towards improving the end-user experience. It is wonderful to see the Duty of Care that the City Of Sydney has adopted to provide customers a true COVID safe technology solution, which is a world-first - the only touchless/ contactless entry and exit payment solution by ZipBy.

ZipBy will make parking more accessible, convenient, and seamless by creating a completely touchless experience, as the technology does all the heavy lifting. Allowing customers to enter and exit without having to wind down their window, search for payment machines or line up waiting to pay will not only improve the experience but also increase safety for customers, without interacting with the app.

The usability and ease of the ZipBy App will encourage greater utilization of the car park, ensuring a faster return on investment.
