Over the past 20 years, on over 150 construction projects in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho and Arizona. As a parking consultant, my responsibilities have included performing functional design, design development, working drawings and field observations. We have prformed schematic design, project manuals and construction document with a short list of clients to include Disneyland Resorts, WATG, HKS, LPA, The Irvine Company (retail and office properties), Morris Architects and BAR Architects.
