I spent more than 20 years in the ICT market, developing channels, alliances, sales and marketing for software applications, voice systems and applications, networking, security and physical infrastructures; working with enterprises, system integrators, resellers, service providers and carriers.
So, my core skill isn't one specific product or one sector, but the ability to learn, to understand the context, to built & manage relationship at any level, to be proactive proposing innovation in technologies and business processes, to motivate and lead partners, sales and marketing peoples.
I worked in multinational environments as well as Italian companies managing both large and very small teams, partner communities and alliances, starting up new initiatives and developing existing businesses.
