Mr Matthieu Dekkers MRE (1966) has 30 year real estate (fund) experience, of which the last 15 years fully focused on the European car park property investment market: dealmaker of over €3 billion of real estate assets, of which over € 500 Mio in car parks. Matthieu has a HEAO and Law degree in Groningen. He is a chartered surveyor since 1996 and finished a Master in Real Estate in 2001 at the University of Amsterdam. Matthieu worked as senior acquisition manager at Bouwfonds REIM for the European Real Estate Parking Fund. Prior he was head of investments at Catella Property Group, partner at DO-iT RealEstate in datacenters, real estate advisor/valuer at Colliers.
