Max KORDYLAS Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Information Technology from American University in Paris, Max KORDYLAS dedicated the first 15 years of his career in digital technology and communication. He joined McCann Erickson to support major accounts such as L'Oréal, Michelin, Elf Atochem, Moulinex and Krups in their online strategies. He specializes in solution design, information and data organization, and human interface. In 2003, his experience is welcomed in the automotive industry as he joins SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPW) to take charge of the design and implementation of one of the largest e-learning projects Europe. The project, ordered by Renault Group for 12 M€, targets migration of training material used by after sales technicians to digital training and evaluation. The success of the solution lead into deployment in 12 languages and 18 countries for a total audience of 90 000 technicians of the manufacturers network. In 2009, he founded Yellow and Co, a wayfinding design consultancy. In 2010 Unibail Rodamco Westfield, The Premier Global Developer and Operator of Flagship Shopping Destinations, owner of Velizy 2 Shopping Centre selected Yellow and Co to take part in designing the next step for customer satisfaction in Shopping Mall car parks. This led into developing and implementing the first indoor and outdoor global parking guidance in Europe. In 2014, Yellow and Co acquired Performance Partner, an outstanding parking engineering consultancy, with whom Velizy 2 project was produced, to become the leading Mobility, Traffic, Parking and Wayfinding consultancy, in Europe, specialized in high attendance premises, in shopping malls, airports, stadiums, exhibitions centers,… Since 2016, Yellow and Co offers its services throughout the world with projects in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany (12 600 slots), Ireland, Hungary, Russia, Jordan, Saudi Arabia (17 000 slots), the United Arab Emirates (24 000 slots) and Indonesia.
